Contact and corrections
Carspecy is still in controlled pre-launch testing. The public support mailbox is intentionally not published until the Carspecy domain and mail service are verified.
Report incorrect vehicle data
Open the exact car and version in the catalog and choose “Report incorrect data”. The form records the affected vehicle context, issue category, your explanation and an optional supporting source. No account or email is required.
Reports enter a review queue. They do not change public catalog data automatically.
Customer and privacy support
A verified support address on the Carspecy domain will be published here before public checkout is enabled. It will cover payment questions, report delivery, correction requests, refunds and privacy rights.
Security reports
A dedicated security contact and responsible-disclosure process will also be published before the production service opens. Do not include passwords, access tokens, payment-card details or sensitive personal information in a catalog correction.
Current operating boundary
Carspecy staging can be changed or temporarily unavailable while testing continues. Public commerce, production report execution and customer email delivery remain disabled until their separate launch gates pass.
